Where do you ship?

Right now, Kasih.ca only ships within Canada and the US. If you're outside Canada or the US, please email us at hi@kasih.ca.

How much is shipping?

We offer $10 flat rate shipping in Canada and the US and free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax).

When can I expect my items?

Typically within 5 business days after fulfillment. However, because of ongoing disruptions to shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware some items can take up to 12 business days.

Do you offer pickup?

Yes, we offer free pickup from our office in Gastown, Vancouver (see map) Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 2 business days. In the Checkout Menu, select "Pickup" under Shipping Options. If you select this option, we'll email or text you when your order is ready for pickup.
