The Feeling Exploration Journal. A place to get it all out of your head.
Let us hold that for you. It looks heavy.
$34.99

Have you ever felt this way:

  • Buzzing with emotions or racing thoughts?
  • Like your emotions are constantly fighting against you?
  • Like you’re somehow flawed and just can’t get things right?

We’ll tell you this: It’s time you worked through all those negative thoughts bottled up inside.

When you reeeally don’t know what to do next

Life is complex and you’re bound to experience big emotions. Yep, we’ve been there too. Many times. You gotta let that stuff out to get through it, and the Feeling Exploration Journal is a great place to let the thoughts hit the page and clear space in your mind. No matter what you’re going through, let the Feeling Exploration Journal hold it for you.

What’s in it?
  • A guided journal to record all the ups, the downs…and the stuff that sometimes goes sideways.
  • Tools and space to help you explore and understand your feelings, so you can identify what helps or hinders your mental health. Then, you can decide what do with this newfound information in order to improve your mental health and start building the life you want.
  • Feeling Tracker: Track your feelings and notice any patterns that emerge.
  • Journal: The journal-y part where you do journal stuff. Write, ponder, and reflect on your feelings here.
  • Feeling Wheel & Guide: Learn more about emotions and feelings, and use tools to help you identify, understand, and track them.
  • Journal Prompts & Tools: Having trouble getting started? Here’s some prompts and examples for inspiration.
How To Use the Feeling Exploration Journal to Cope: If you only have 1 minute
  • Rushed for time but feeling…BIG, (maybe ugly) emotions that threaten to sour your whole day? Don’t think. Touch the pen to the page and just let words pour out  from your heart into the journal for 1 minute.
  • Our guess is that the words looking back at you from the page will paint a picture of your mental landscape and clear up some space in your busy mind. And, our hope is that this will allow you to walk into your day with those toxic thoughts safely tucked away inside your journal, ready to be dealt with on your terms at a different time of your choosing.

How To Use the Feeling Exploration Journal to Live more Intentionally: If you only have 5 minutes
  • There are no rules to journaling and, whether you write in bullet points or full, grammatically perfect sentences, the Kasih Journal is your safe place to store the good, the sad, the ugly, and the angry. 5 minutes with the journal can be a powerful experience.
  • Need a prompt? Paired with the Words of Affirmation cards, the Kasih Journal can be a powerful tool to explore your feelings, emotions while also keeping a record to reflect on as you grow!

How To Use the Feeling Exploration Journal to Get onto the Path for Flourishing: If you have 10 minutes
  • Is your daily grind starting to get to you? Missing the “point” of it all? Maybe you feel like your life just isn’t quite what you thought it was going to be? Book some time with yourself to switch up the conversation. Turn off distractions, grab a comforting beverage and invite the Kasih Journal into the conversation.
  • The Kasih Journal offers no judgement on your emotions. It’s simply a place to “get it all out”. Consider writing a letter to yourself from the perspective of a compassionate friend or family member. “Dear self, I give you permission to feel sad and frustrated. You’ve been struggling for far too long and it is time to step into the light because you’ve come too far to give up now…”
  • Let it all out. Offer some love and understanding to yourself. You seem to be great at giving compassion to others, but not yourself. These things take practice. Writing to yourself from a softer perspective can force our view to change, offering a clearer outlook on your perceived issues and struggles.
