In this way, you can get a handle on your emotions at home first, so you can focus on being present for all of life’s amazing moments.
Here’s an example for you: You’ve begged your boss to take a chance on you and give you a large project at work. Boss finally assigns the task to you, and the first thing you start to do is second guess yourself. “I don’t have the skills for this! I’m in way over my head.”
